[Backdated to about half an hour after the end of the flood.  She sounds...tired, and not embarrassed exactly but very God-I-wish-that-hadn't-happened.]

I want to apologize to anybody I yelled at, threatened, punched, kicked, bit or shot at during the flood.

It was a phase.

[She's not really expecting him to say that he does, but she's aware that baby Sara was kind of a terrible jerk to baby Dick so she wouldn't be overly surprised if he wants some time and distance either.]

[She's over a shower and a change of clothes later - which is to say, about twenty minutes - by which time it's almost midnight. Her younger self did a number on her cabin and most of it's disarrayed rather than broken, but either way she's not going to seriously address it until she's got a night's sleep under her.

The back of her neck still hurts from where Tim did whatever crazy nerve pinching bullshit he did, so, that's fun. She knocks on the door just as a warning and then lets herself in.]

[Midnight is like, mid afternoon to Dick practically, so he's been contenting himself with enjoying not being a hobbit anymore even though he might have made himself box macaroni and cheese for dinner so clearly he never really evolved out of the kid phase in some ways.

He's sitting on one of the couches when Sara arrives and puts the book he was reading down, smiling.]

So. I think that marks my least favorite flood so far. How was your week?

[Dick shrugs before scooting closer and putting an arm around her.] It was okay. Better than a couple of the other kid floods we've had, although I'm pretty sure any hope of me keeping a secret identity's official out the window.

[...] Not that it wasn't before, but it's kind of hard to get away from wandering the Barge in a Robin uniform for everyone to see.
