[Jamie is sitting cross-legged on the bed in her trailer, scripts carefully balanced across her lap. She's in baggy clothes, her hair is in an untidy braid and she's wearing reading glasses.]

So the storm and the flood and the trees, is that....has that happened before? Because that seems really dangerous. Not -- not that I'm suggesting anybody's likely to get in trouble or do anything stupid, but - what if we need to get an ambulance or something in here? Or the Fire Department?

Everyone's calling this time off but I guess I'm too worried about stuff to really relax so I'm just, you know. [She shuffles her scripts.] Learning my lines. I've got a bunch of scenes coming up and I don't want to disappoint anybody.  I know how much tighter the schedule's going to be when this is all over.

[OOC: Jamie Butler is newish to the show and TV in general, coming away from being The Ex or The Disposable Love Interest in a string of romcoms. She isn't unfriendly but she is a bit self-conscious and introverted so it takes an effort to get to know her.]

I believe so! I hadn't been hired yet.

Oh. Still, that's a relief.

Stuck in such a remote location. [there's a thunk, and then another thunk. Someone is tossing a ball against the wall and catching it again.] Fuck worse comes to worse someone will call a helicopter.

Yeah. Still, it takes a while to get one of those things in the air, you know?

True, but look. Nobody's gonna forget us. We're one of the highest rated shows in years. Besides. We can get cozy. Get to know each other.

sure i mean, sitting ourselves down and having a good time.

[Nonchalant amused face. Flirty? What is that?]

I'm sure we'll be fine. Hopefully no one's stupid enough to cause an actual fire around here.

It's not always people being stupid. Faulty wiring, pyrotechnics...there's a lot of stuff to go wrong around here.

And we'll be fine. Worry about it if it happens, and just enjoy having some time to getting used to being back on set.

Storms like this are uncommon for our area, so it might be some time before any damage is repaired. I wouldn't be worried about anyone getting hurt unless it gets a lot worse, though.
